What we\'re looking for:<\/div>
<\/div>
* You rock the basics (linux or osx; zend, ruby+rails or some other<\/div>
script-y web framework; sql; html; css; js). You\'re comfortable<\/div>
with the full stack from the filesystem up to the load balancer.<\/div>
<\/div>
* You grok the web. You get HTTP status codes, know how to avoid XSS,<\/div>
have built and worked with web APIs, speak fluent REST.<\/div>
<\/div>
* You have a few interesting side projects because you’re<\/div>
intellectually adventurous. Also, you think they’re fun.<\/div>
<\/div>
* You thrive on solving intellectually meaty problems with smart<\/div>
people. Our space is nascent and there is no shortage of<\/div>
interesting work.<\/div>
<\/div>
* You have a track record of going from concept to launch; you<\/div>
thrive in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.<\/div>
<\/div>
* You\'re agile. TDD/BDD is second nature. You can scrum in your<\/div>
sleep. You probably use github.<\/div>
