- Three meals a day
- No snacks
- One fruit between meals if physically hungry only
- Unprocessed foods only (vegetables, milk, yogurt, grains)
- effectively nixes packaged goods of any kind, no matter how healthy they appear
- Whole foods only (no white flour, rice, etc.)
- One nine-inch plate per meal
