I'm pretty sure most of those can be removed semi-permanently if you drag them out while holding Cmd. Only ones I can't seem to get it work on with my list are custom apps, Spotlight and Notifications.

@peterc nope; Apple ones don't get removed cross-boot when command-dragged out. You have to remove them by unchecking various boxes buried in various System Preferences panes or Apple applications (Script Editor comes to mind.) Some aren't easy to remove at all, such as Home Sync or Ink.
