Details:

   - I am 3rd owner, big folder full of maintenance records comes with, plus original owners manual and greasy aftermarket Haynes manual
   - Starts great in warm weather, drives well, corners well, stops well, gets ~30 mpg, AC works, sun roof works, cruise control works, stereo EQ works
   - Failed Nashville/Davidson Co. emissions inspection: "CO too high"; emissions report included in records
   - When it is cold it sometimes hates to start and may run rough
   - Occasionally if the car is driven a short distance and then turned off it can be hard to get it started again
   - The "fuel injector" light will come on when engine is running rough
   - Exhaust is noisy and probably leaking
   - Slowly leaks oil (a quart every few months)
   - Needs power steering fluid every few months
   - The wiper/washer arm is busted and taped on w/ electrical tape: wipers can be controlled but very difficult to trigger washer fluid
   - Hard to turn off the fan on the vent/ac
   - At some point the right brake light was intermittent (cold solder?). Seems fine now.
   - Speedometer cable whines when it is cold
   - Glovebox latch is broken (glovebox is always open)
   - Tape player only works sometimes
   - Fairly crappy speakers
   - Improvised cap for power steering fluid reservoir; very secure, however
   - The paint job is rough in places
   - Plastic vent on one of the doors is busted
   - Glovebox light is intermittent (which is less annoying than it being on all the time, since the glovebox doesn't actually stay closed; also won't drain battery :-)

The car needs two kinds of work: exhaust work (new pipe and muffler, or patching), and fuel system work (injector cleaning or fuel filter replacement or something along those lines).

Otherwise this is a great car with a full set of minor annoyances.

   Honda Preludes run for years.

It's made out of metal and has nice glass and good parts as well, so it's even worth something scrapped and parted.

Car is for sale until payment in full is received in cash. At that time I will sign over title and pull my plates. Plan accordingly for take-away.
