How to make a chamber music log (or any other kind of information) using google forms

How to Make a Chamber Music Log

  1. Go to Google Forms https://docs.google.com/forms/u/0/

  2. Create new Form

    1. Fill it out with the questions that you might like to have. Mine looks like this:

  4. Click Responses

  6. Click the green “Sheets” Button

  8. Name your sheet and click Create

  10. When you're done, click the eyeball to preview and make sure it looks good, then click Send

  12. Click the Link button and check Shorten

  14. Open the link on your mobile browser

  15. Click Add to Home Screen

  17. Now you can open the form up on your phone after every piece you play, and fill out the details, which will be saved to the spreadsheet you created in Step 5.

  18. Play some Haydn!

  19. Open the form up and fill out out!

  20. Repeat Step 18. :)
