I thought I had a neat idea. I released an early version and shared with the #node.js room ( including TJ ). TJ came out with his ( much better ) version within 24 hours.

Kodos to TJ. It's the better project. I'm just glad he doesn't call me a crackhead and a thief on twitter.

term-canvas isn't very useful to be honest haha, the thing @TooTallNate implemented using regular canvas -> ansi has nicer aliasing etc. term-canvas is just a toy

That's not the point man. If I had never logged into IRC that day and shared what I made, you would have never made what you made.

Seeing stuff like this makes me not want to share anything with anyone. The dates don't lie. It would have been trivial for you to give me a one-line shout-out.

Yeah. Those logs pretty much show the whole thing transpire.

I don't want anyone to get the wrong idea here. This specifics of this thing are pretty meaningless to me. I don't care about either of these projects. I don't think anyone else really cares either.
