        Content: ******************************************************************************** BN 07/20 16:14 *VENEZUELAN PRESIDENT CHAVEZ SENDS MESSAGE ON TWITTER ACCOUNT BN 07/20 16:14 *CHAVEZ SAYS HE APPROVED ADDITIONAL DEBT LAW OF 30 BLN BOLIVARS ******************************************************************************** July 20 (Bloomberg) -- Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez said that he signed the additional debt law approved in the National Assembly for 30 billion bolivars ($7 billion) above the debt ceiling set in the 2012 national budget. “I’m signing the authorization to sell public debt for 30 billion bolivars to continue to resolve pending social debts: pensions, justice!” Chavez wrote today on his Twitter account. The additional debt law brings the total debt ceiling in 2012 to 111.7 billion bolivars. The government, which has only sold bolivar-denominated bonds this year after issuing $7.2 billion of dollar securities in 2011, will use the proceeds to pay pensions.
