First thing that stands out to me is the amount of electricity that ACT must surely be importing from NSW -- not that there's a huge amount of manufacturing etc in ACT, but there are still residents and places of work.

ACT is treated as part of NSW since the reorganisation of the NEM that removed the Snowy area. the map needs to be changed to reflect this.
