Scope
This Support Service Level Agreement (SLA) describes the support availability and target initial response times for Sprint Weekly (the "App"), a Jira Cloud app built on Atlassian Forge. This SLA applies to support requests submitted by customers of the App.
This SLA covers support responsiveness. It does not guarantee resolution time, uptime, or a specific outcome.
