What the extension does
- Reads X/Twitter page content in your browser to show an “account based in” flag next to avatars.
- Caches resolved locations locally in chrome.storage.local to speed up future loads.
Data handling
- No personal data is sent to our servers because we do not have servers for this feature.
- No analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts.
- No account identifiers or browsing history are stored off-device.
Permissions we request
- Host permissions for x.com and twitter.com to read the DOM and inject the flag UI.
- Storage permission to keep the local cache.
