AK Tools plugins for Autodesk Revit do not collect any personal information or sensitive user data by default.
The only data that may be accessed or processed is:
- Basic project metadata (e.g., level names, element IDs, categories)
- Revit version and plugin usage logs (only for troubleshooting purposes)
- Errors or exceptions for diagnostic purposes (only with user’s consent)
All such data is used solely to:
- Operate core plugin functionality
- Improve reliability and performance
- Resolve user-reported issues
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal, financial, or sensitive information.
AK Tools does not share any user data with third-party services, SDKs, or external tools.
If, in the future, any third-party integration (e.g., crash analytics or licensing system) is introduced, we ensure that:
- They provide equal or stronger protections as this policy describes
- They comply with GDPR, CCPA, and relevant data protection regulations
Currently, no third-party analytics or advertising tools are used.
Any temporary data (logs or diagnostic reports) collected with user consent is:
- Retained only as long as needed to resolve technical issues
- Never stored automatically or without user knowledge
- Permanently deleted immediately after the issue is resolved
We do not store any data long-term or outside the user’s local machine.
Users can request deletion of any shared diagnostic data or revoke consent for future data collection at any time by contacting us.
