This privacy policy explains how the App Store Connect Dark Mode browser extension handles information. Our primary goal is to provide a better user experience without compromising your privacy.

1. No Data Collection

The "App Store Connect Dark Mode" extension does not collect, store, or transmit any user data. * We do not have access to your Apple ID, passwords, or session cookies.

  • We do not track your browsing history or your usage of the App Store Connect portal.

2. Permissions Justification

The extension requests only the minimum permissions necessary to function:

  • storage: To save your theme preferences (Dark/Light mode toggle) locally on your device.
  • activeTab: To inject the dark mode styles into the page when you interact with the extension.
  • Host Permissions (appstoreconnect.apple.com): To allow the extension to apply CSS changes specifically on the Apple developer dashboard.

3. Third-Party Sharing

Since no data is collected, we do not share, sell, or trade any information with third parties. There are no advertisements or analytics trackers embedded in the extension.

4. Security

All visual transformations (Dark Mode) are performed locally on your machine using CSS. No external code is executed, and no data leaves your browser.
