Step #1: Required Software
download and install java8, both 32bits & 64bits write in google: "java8 jre install" and click the first link accept cookies, click on check radio button for accept license, download

Step #2: Required Software, continued
Go to infonotary.com
download the Automatic Installer MS Windows
and install it. Plug & Unplug the usb stick when asked. It will give errors. It's normal, it's a shitty software done in Bulgaria. Attention: click "IGNORE" or click "CONTINUE"
Step #3: Setting up the good old internet explorer
start internet explorer (not chrome, not firefox, not edge!) click settings, go to internet options set the homepage to http://brra.bg/ (you'll use it just for this anyway) go to security -> trusted sites ->
add the following:
http://*.braa.bg http://brra.bg/ http://public.brra.bg/
leave the required server verification check on.
move the internet level to medium
Step #4: Verifying that you listened to my instructions
Go on -> https://public.brra.bg/Signing/SignTest.ra and accept all popups and all warnings
