Hello [redacted],
Our promotions requires you to have an AMD Radeon RX Vega, RX 590, RX 580 or RX 570 graphics cards installed and readable by our Web Product Verification Tool.
The card should be installed and set as your default graphics card before you attempt to validate your coupon code.
Please see our terms and conditions on amdrewards.com/terms for more information.
As long as your web browser can be set to use the GPU to render its interface your new AMD GPU should get detected on our system. This does not always work on multi GPU systems.
Below are a list alternative options:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Option 1: Try a different web browser
Most modern browsers are pre-configured to use something called Hardware Acceleration.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Option 2: Try our Desktop Product Verification Tool
https://www.amdrewards.com/pvt
You will need to download and install the application, run the verification process, and if successful go back to your My Rewards page to finish the game selection process.

Hello,
I have tried Chrome and Firefox, neither work. Hardware acceleration is
on for both browsers. Naturally, your product verification tool only
works in Windows, so that is of no help to me because my system is not
running windows. For reference, here is an image of my system running
glinfo showing my 590 as the primary card. I have sent you a copy of my
steam info as well showing the correctly installed card.
Thanks,

I intend to run them on Wine, which is a compatibility layer that may/should let me use them on linux. I'm not asking for support, I'm asking for download codes.

You have to validate your AMD purchase either through our web validation or desktop validation application, Once you pass the validation, you will be able to select your titles. Once you select your titles, we will have the opportunity to activate the games on either Steam or Ubisoft.

Hello,
I'm honestly becoming rather frustrated here. First I'm told i can validate with proof of purchase, then I'm told i have to use the tools provided, which i already said weren't working. Based on my Reddit posting about this issue, others have validated their Linux machines through support. I'm curious as to why this can't be done in this case. Is there any way to escalate this issue to someone who might have handled one of these other issues in the past?
If there's any information that you need or any assistance i can provide, please let me know, I'd be glad to help.
Thanks,

Hello [Redacted],
Sorry for any confusion from us. We did send you a few incorrect responses.
We have updated you coupon code, and you should be able to validate the coupon code through your web browser now, with out any issues.
Again, sorry for the extra run around.
Regards
