The blockchain explorer hosted at https://nuexplorer.ddns.net doesn't support the recent release of new currencies
and the current code base is not very resilient. As a result of that the explorer is sometimes a couple of days behind 
and requires manual interventions beyond just restarting services. The new custodial grants are displayed incorrectly.

This motion proposes to make some fixes without overhauling the base code to extent the lifespan of this explorer.
@Cybnate will be the custodian of the funds which will only be released in full after the work has been delivered.

The work will be completed by @2undroid at a cost of no more than 1,200 US-NBT. The custodial fee will be 50 US-NBT.
An upfront payment of up to 33% of the estimated total may be agreed between @Cybnate and @2undroid.

The backend NuDroid server "SVR1" still runs on a dedicated infrastructure (4Gb memory, 2 CPU, 30Gb SSD) for about 40 NBT/month. 
It also has Cloudflare PRO level protection and SSL certificates to prevent easy hi-jacks/imposters.
After a few issues with the proper syncing of the blockchain the NuDroid App is now running smooth and stable for more 
than a month. I like to request the shareholders to continue funding for the backend infrastructure.

This grant requests funding for the continuation of the NuDroid infrastructure for 12 months starting from 1 December 2017 
till 30 November 2018:
- Server 4Gb, 2CPU 40 NBT x 12 months = 480 NBT
- Cloudflare PRO 12,50 NBT/month x 12 = 150 NBT

**Funding request to operate Liquidbits.net, an automatic liquidity pool for NuBits.**

The independent automatic liquidity pool (ALP, also known as TLLP) will provide liquidity on the EUR/NBT, USD/NBT and BTC/NBT markets on CCEDK.com ~~and USD/NBT and BTC/NBT market on SouthExchange.~~ A target of 9,500 NBT on the bid and ask side of the order books will be provided by the pool split over 3 currency pairs and 1 exchange, resulting in a total maximum compensated liquidity of 19,000 NBT. The operation will end after sixty (60) days when a motion or grant to continue operations haven't passed before.

**Liquidity provided by users will be compensated as follows:**

with up to 6% per month (**0.20%** per day) on CCEDK’s **EUR/NBT** pair on both sell and buy side to a maximum of 2,500 NBT on each side ( max pay-out 600 NBT/60 days)

with up to 5.4% per month (**0.18%** per day) on CCEDK’s **USD/NBT** pair on both sell and buy side to a maximum of 5,000 NBT on each side (max pay-out 1080 NBT/60 days)

**This proposal competes with Jordan's proposal to regain confidence in the NBT peg.**

The key difference is to first sell a more significant amount of NSR and with that strengthen the peg within a spread of 1% for 80% of the available reserves available at that time.
This plan should provide confidence to potential NSR holders that the peg will be restored and that there is a good chance we will succeed. 
This motion also maintains the current liquidity providers assuming they comply with the motion when in place. FLOT members and gateway providers who are not able or willing to comply with this motion are asked to step back when this motion passes.

**Action 1 Prepare and work on solution**
Selling NuShares will take place more aggressively. 
Doubling amount of sales from motion in one week going forward until reserves are at 15%. Then reduce to original motion until reserves hits motion thresholds and sales are no longer required.

@cybnate shall be one of the members of the B&C exchange reputed signer operations team (RSOT) to carry out responsibilities specified for the team. 

@cybnate will be able to respond to any proposal for signing within 48 hours for 280 days a year, and be available on a best effort basis for the rest of the days. @cybnate is able to carry out a maximum one signing a week, with its required investigation, discussion and deliberation, and no more than three a month. Being able to sign a request within 48 hours requires tools without which the response time cannot be held in case access to the Internet is limited.

Compensation for @cybnate will occur in 90-day cycles. By the end of each cycle, a total of amount of 300 USD worth of BKS shall be paid to @cybnate, conditional on satisfactory performance, which shall be measured in terms of their presence, effort and contribution. @cybnate reserves the right to withdraw from their service if they do not receive the full amount of compensation by the end of any cycl

@Cybnate - below called "the operator" - will run a PyBot on Poloniex and Bittrex. The liquidity is being broadcast using the custodial address of this grant to allow tracking of the liquidity situation of the bots. 
The spread is fixed to the maximum spread (1%) allowed and broadcast by the LiquidBits operations. The maximum fillside is 2000 NBT on Poloniex and 1000 NBT on Bittrex. Only the fillside is propagated as Tier 1 liquidity.

**Availability**  
The operator offers to check for Pybot's operation on a daily bases. This translates in a response time of 24 hours worst case.

**Begin of operation**  
Operation begins on 1 October 2016 or on passing of this proposal using existing funds from the previous grant for this operation.

**Introduction**  
This article/proposal is created in the search to increase the transactions on the NuNetwork and a good business case. The business case is providing coded real-world facts for smart contracts in the blockchain/clients. The article is more a less of a braindump and exploration to determine where issues and risks are and how certain aspects can be solved with the aim to re-use existing NuNet functionality and minimize additional developments specifically for this business case.

It is provided as incomplete, but hopefully thought provoking. I may or may not expand it depending on feedback. Best outcome would be that this or a similar concept is deemed viable and will be implemented on NuNet.

The 1.4% fixed spread of the passive dual-side Pybot referred to in above motion and currently operational, will be changed into 1% by default when this motion passes.
Then FLOT members will also be able to suggest changes to the spread making the best use of this facility given the liquidity situation. For changes at least 2 other FLOT members will have to endorse publicly in the forum a spread change suggested by a FLOT member. The operator will respond as quickly as possible but at least within 48 hours.
