Generating the master key

Here we create the master key. We want only Certify capability: we use the master key only to create the subkeys, Sign - Encrypt - Authenticate capabilities will be assigned to the subkeys.

Run the following command to start the master key generation process. Select the set your own capabilities creation process (type 8)

BB 0.43.0 bundled npm dependency audit

Scope and method

This is an exhaustive audit of the 65 direct runtime dependencies declared by the npm 11.16.0 manifest bundled in the active BB 0.43.0 Linux AppImage.

The audit compared every key in:

Root cause (observed)

The Linux AppImage ships npm@11.16.0 under resources/app.asar.unpacked/node_modules/npm/ but does not ship npm/node_modules/ or the hoisted direct runtime dependencies npm needs to start. The first missing import is proc-log in npm/lib/cli/exit-handler.js.
