My concern with the license is, how likely am I to be sued for using the mappings in my mod. I guess since there are no intermediary mappings, there's no point in distributing the mappings with the mod. However, that also means that the mod needs to be recompiled for every build of Minecraft which would make the user end more difficult as they have to know the exact build of Minecraft they have.
