How can I edit the theme?

This is quite an old gist now, the JS library is now on version 3: https://cookieconsent.osano.com/ so I'm unsure if this code will still be valid.

If it is, by default it gives you the basic choice of the standard ones that come with the library, for anything more advanced you'll need to use this as a base and add your own custom code to it.
