Hello, my name is Jazy, Im sorry for this wall of text but please read it in it's entirety. I have been getting random packet loss for the last 4+ hours. The packet loss is somewhere around 30% so it is significantly affecting my service. I have tried chatting with another agent (Lucy) but lost connection. This is a pre-written message that I am going to paste into the chat since I will most likely lose connection again. I have been troubleshooting extensively for the last 4 hours. I have several imgur images with useful information to help you try to figure out what the issue is. I am confident the issue is not on my end. Although it may be a faulty cable between my house and your first terminal, or it may that terminal. At the end of this message will be 3 image links. The first is the connection state of my modem along with its model (It is a comcast approved modem).
