Experience
We're looking for a mid-level backend developer looking to grow their career. You should have at least 1-2 years experience of working experience in the following areas:
- Laravel 5
- API driven development
- MySQL / Postgres
- HTML5 and CSS
- Git version control
Some experience of the following would be preferred, but is not essential:
- Server admin (ubuntu, apache, nginx)
- AWS, Google Cloud, Digital Ocean
- Elasticsearch, Redis
- VueJS, Jquery
- Unit / Integration / Acceptance testing
Where
This is a fully remote/telecommute position, but you MUST be based in the UK or EU as there will be some onsite client meetings.
When
This is an urgent hire, so preference will be given to candidates that can start as soon as possible. Don't let that stop you though - if you're a great candidate, we may wait :)
Work environment
We have a very relaxed working environment, flexible working hours and a super friendly team. You will learn tons of new things and be exposed to lots of new technologies. Although Laravel is the core competancy for this position, we work with Elasticsearch, InfluxDB, DynamoDB, Ionic, API integrations, and a whole lot more.
