Privacy Policy – AIQuickHit Bot

This policy explains what limited data AIQuickHit (“the App”) collects and how it is used.

Data We Process

Data Sources

• TikTok Content Posting API (after you grant access)
• Product Hunt GraphQL API (public product data)

Storage & Security

Data is stored in a Supabase instance located in the EU and protected with encryption-at-rest (AES-256) and role-based access control.

Your Rights

You can delete all stored data at any time by revoking the App in TikTok ▸ Creator Tools ▸ API Access or by e-mailing us.

Terms of Service – AIQuickHit Bot

AIQuickHit (“the App”) is a personal automation that posts daily 60-second videos to the owner’s TikTok account via the official TikTok Content Posting API.
It is not a consumer-facing product and has no end-users besides the account owner.

1. Acceptance

By authorising the App in TikTok Developer Portal you agree to these terms.

2. Functionality

• fetches publicly available product data from Product Hunt;
• generates a video file (FFmpeg) with voice-over (TTS provider);
• uploads the video to your own TikTok account.

3. Data

The App stores only:

• your TikTok open_id,
• video IDs returned by the API,
• aggregated metrics (views, likes) – optional.

No personal data belonging to TikTok viewers is collected or processed.

4. Availability & Warranty

The App is provided “as is” with no uptime guarantee.
TikTok or Product Hunt API changes may break the service without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

The owner shall not be liable for loss of revenue, suspension of your TikTok account, or any indirect damages arising from use of the App.
