Messing with insecure webhooks on github.md

Steps to mess with random people who have insecure webhooks:

1. https://github.com/search?q=new+Discord.WebhookClient&type=Code

2. Find an unlucky fellow who has published their number and ID in the webhook.

3. Stick the number and ID in this short function.

4. Stick the resulting link in https://thatziv.github.io/webhook/ Enter profile link, name, message.

5. Profit $$$

I'm gonna start messing with random people. If you get a link to this page, you probably need to make new webhooks. Use environment variables instead, so that this doesn't happen.
