Please list the top 3-5 industries and companies you'll pursue in your job search as of right now.

Answer: My number one industry I'd like to work in would have something to do with different mountain sport database. A perfect example would be Mountainproject, which is a free to use service that catalogs all different kinds of rock climbs in the world. Upon researching mountainproject I found that it was recently acquired by REI which is a company I would like to try working for, and I think in general anything to do with mountain/adventure sports would be more interesting employment for me. In general though I don't really mind what industry I go into as long as I can lead the kind of life I intend to live. Beyond this maybe live music/arts of some kind.

Why did you pick the industries/companies that you listed above? How do they relate to the values and goals you have for yourself in your job search?

Reflect on your habits from last module. What behaviors and activities were helpful for you? What activities and behaviors could be more effective for you? What processes would you like to try differently this module to become more effective at your work and as a software developer? Answer: The most helpful behavior for me was keeping a daily/weekly agenda and generally scheduling my daily tasks at the same times so as to get into a good routine. Processes that I'd like to start incorporating would be to learn to plan and organize project work more efficiently through the use of the Github projects tool.

Setting intentions for this module: who do I want to be this module? What specific habits would help me get there? How are those habits tied to the identity of a software developer? Answer: I want to be an organized developer who uses their time efficiently. I also want to be focused on being more well-rounded rather than putting all my focus into a given project. ##What role does empathy play in your life and how has it helped you?

Empathy has played a leading role in shaping me throughought my life. As a kid I was very much shaped by specific forms of media I particularly liked, kids television shows such as Captain Planet and Mr. Rodgers whose purposes were to instill an understanding of morality and empathy in young children. Throughout my life empathy has informed the way I feel about the world, especially about the culture I live within and rest that I do not. It has made me a more thorough and compassionate healthcare worker and has certainly affected the way I communicate with those around me and I am a better person for it.

When you've worked towards a goal in the past, what systems or tools have been helpful for you in accomplishing that goal? How could you adapt those same systems/tools to use while at Turing?

When I moved to Colorado I was determined to complete a 5.12 sport climb (moderately difficult, only an estimated 25% of climbers are able) and achieved it through a systematic workout regimine comprised of different training techniques I continuously researched. My system depended not only on including the correct exercises but also disclusion of unnecessary exercises that would inhibit recovery. My foundation of improvement was showing up to workout on a regular schedule, the structure of my training was developed through self-study, and the quality of my effort was bolstered by envisioning my specific goal while training. In the same way I believe the foundation of my path will be a solid schedule that I adhere to, my knowdledge base will be expanded by taking initiative to self study, and my
