I really love what Podfest has done for the community over the past few years; it brings together some of the biggest and most entertaining names in podcasting and puts them under one roof with their biggest fans, in perhaps the largest celebration the medium currently has to offer! One of the greatest side effects that has resulted is attracting a community of fans who are also podcasters themselves! The atmosphere of networking and collaboration, as well as the existence of the Squarespace lounge to conduct on-site interviews, and the talks in the Santa Monica room, are a great acknowledgment of the desire to not only have a festival of performances, but also a place to discuss the technical, statistical, and business advancements being made in podcasting.

I wish all thoughtbotters were aware of our YouTube channel! We presently have over 3100 subscribers, and average over 50k views per month.
I shoot the lightning talks, AMAs and events in Boston, as well as edit those that come in from the other offices. We feature Meetup event sessions, lightning talks, live video Podcasts / AMA's, [Weekly Iteration Promos](https://www.youtube.com/pl
