| Privacy Policy for ScreenerLens | |
| Last updated: April 2026 | |
| ScreenerLens ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension built for users of Screener.in. | |
| DATA WE COLLECT | |
| ScreenerLens does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. | |
| The extension reads stock table data from Screener.in pages that the user is actively viewing and saves this data locally on the user's own device using Chrome's built-in storage (chrome.storage.local). This data never leaves the user's device. | |
| DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT | |
| - We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information | |
| - We do not collect financial account data or transaction history | |
| - We do not collect authentication credentials or passwords | |
| - We do not collect browsing history outside of Screener.in screen pages | |
| - We do not use cookies or tracking technologies | |
| - We do not share any data with third parties | |
| HOW DATA IS USED | |
| Stock data saved locally is used solely to compute overlap across multiple Screener.in screens within the extension popup. It is never transmitted to any server. | |
