Prepare PDF document

  • Save minutes as accu-committee-minutes-yyyymmdd.pdf
  • Save draft minutes as accu-committee-minutes-yyyymmdd-DRAFT.pdf

Upload PDF document

  • Open WinSCP
  • Login to server accu.org, user accuorg
  • Upload the PDF document accu-committee-minutes-yyyymmdd[-DRAFT].pdf
  • To folder /home/accu/public_html/content/committee.

Update web page with committee minutes

  • Login on website http://accu.org/ as webeditor
  • On Members Section menu, select Minutes
  • At the bottom of the page, click Edit
  • For convenience, copy-paste the article HTML in a plain-text editor
  • At the bottom, update the date in <p><span style="color:gray">Page last changed 2 February 2017.</span></p>
  • At the top, duplicate the upper DRAFT item
  • Update the top item as DRAFT minutes for the next committee meeting: date of PDF filename, date in text
  • Update the second item for the new current minutes:
    • DRAFT minutes: remove comment tokens,
    • Final minutes: remove comment tokens, remove DRAFT from PDF filename, remove trailing &middot; DRAFT
  • Copy-paste the updated text into the section PageBody of the website
  • Press the Modify button below section PageBody.

The server name for uploading PDF is now dennis.accu.org. User is accu. Other details are the same.

The website is now https://accu.org, but you will be automatically redirected from http://accu.org.
