Privacy Policy for LinkedIn Experience Extractor

Privacy Policy for LinkedIn Experience Extractor

Effective Date: May 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how "LinkedIn Experience Extractor" (the "Extension") handles your information.

1. Data Collection

We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on external servers. The Extension is designed to operate entirely within your local browser environment. It reads your professional experience directly from your active LinkedIn tab strictly for the purpose of auto-filling job application forms (such as Workday).

2. Data Storage

All extracted data is stored locally on your device using your browser's native chrome.storage.local API. This data never leaves your computer and is only accessed when you explicitly click the "Fill" button on a supported job application portal. You can clear this local data at any time using the "Clear data" button within the Extension.

3. Third-Party Sharing

Because we do not collect your data, we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.

4. Analytics and Tracking

The Extension does not use Google Analytics, trackers, or any background monitoring scripts.

5. Contact

If you have any questions regarding this privacy policy or need support, please reach out via the Support tab on the Chrome Web Store page for this Extension.
