The important parts are:

  1. I'd like to easily know whenever a transaction will cause one bank to go below 0
  2. Since I'm able to transfer money from bank to bank, I'd like to know when the values of both banks goes below 0. Related to that is probably the question of how to I define the conversion rate of the imaginary 1 USD == 5 ILS
