Spontaneously to the EP

Hey there,

so this seems rather spontaneously for the common full-time-employed
schedule … but since we first wanted to get some details straight …
which still aren't …

Let's start with the facts:

There will be a common excursion organized by the Pirate Parties of
Saxony and the Czech Republic to visit our MEP Julia Reda in Brussels
with some time to see the city and an event organized by Julia about
her work and visions towards an European Copyright modernization.

The time-table currently looks like this:

Sat. 18th of April we'll travel to Brussels with a bus via Prague,
Dresden and Leipzig. There will be some sort of social event after
checking into the hostel/hotel [0].

Sun. 19th we'll visit Julia and the EP.

Mon. 20th will be free to see Brussels and in the evening there will
be Julia's event.

Tue. 21th will be spent traveling back to Leipzig, Dresden an Prague.

There will be space for 40 Pirates (20 from each organization) and the
trip will be financially supported by the EP. Since the funding by the
EP strongly depends on the distance traveled by the visitors to get
there the final budget calculation can only be made when we have a
certain list of participants [1]. The price for the participants
should be free (best case) to €100,- (worst case) + personal expenses
for lunch and dinner.

To get this list (which will also be used for the necessary security
checks for the visit to the EP) we need your full name and adress,
date of birth and the details of the official document [2] you're
planning on using to identify yourselves to the EP's security. So

till about midnight on Thursday this week so I cannforward it to

follow soon; accomodation is going to be as basic as possible.
