Miru collects and stores the following data to provide its features:
- Discord User ID — to identify users across commands
- Discord Guild (Server) ID — to scope per-server data
- Discord Channel ID — for voice panel and intro features
- Discord Role ID — for personal roles and age roles
- User-provided input — birth year (intro), card data, economy balance, PvP/PvE records, voice channel settings
We do not collect message content, IP addresses, email addresses, or any data outside what is necessary for the listed features.
Stored data is used solely to:
- Operate bot commands (cards, battles, economy, voice, intro)
- Persist game progress between sessions
- Apply age-based role assignment and timeouts as per server configuration
We do not sell, share, or transmit your data to third parties.
Data is stored on a private server controlled by the bot operator. Reasonable measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by:
- Contacting the bot operator on the support server
- Using the in-bot data deletion command (if available)
When the bot is removed from a server, server-specific data may be deleted within 30 days.
Miru complies with Discord's Terms of Service, which require users to be at least 13 years old (or older where required by local law). The bot's intro feature uses self-reported birth year only for age-gated roles within a server, not for any external purpose.
This policy may be updated. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
