Evernote - note taking, web clips
Serviio - UPNP/DLNA server, to stream movies/music/photos to PS3, XBOX, compatible TVs & Blu-ray players etc on wi-fi
LibreOffice - Free office suite (just trying, thinking to go for either iWork or MS office)
