  4. Add the movements within the workout (optional, helps with filtering)

“I found a new workout I want to do now”

  1. Go to “Journal”
  2. Add a new entry (+)
  3. Choose “Select workout”
  4. Click “+”
  5. Fill in the workout detail as above
  6. Click “Done”

After completing the workout -

  1. Go into the journal entry* and click “Edit”
  2. Check “Completed”
  3. Check “As written” if completed exactly as described (Rx)

*The journal entry is what you tap through to from the “Journal” page, it can be confusing as the journal entry can look similar to the workout detail page. An easy way to identify the difference is that journal entries have a date in large text at the top.

“I want to track a result for a workout I have previously entered”

As above, but at step 4, choose the workout rather than adding a new one.

“I want to see how I’m progressing with a workout”

  1. Go to “Workouts”

  3. Tap on it
  4. See history of attempts at the workout

“I want to find a workout with handstand pushups”
