  • Usage: Only when you click "Start Checking"
  • Data Access: Reads DOM structure to identify elements and calculate dimensions

storage Permission

  • Purpose: Save user preferences locally
  • Usage: Store settings like preferred options (if any)
  • Data Storage: Local to your browser only
  • Data Transmission: None

Host Permissions

  • Purpose: Allow the extension to work on any webpage you choose to test
  • Usage: Only on pages where you activate checking
  • Data Access: Reads DOM structure for accessibility analysis

Local Processing

All accessibility checks are performed locally in your browser:

  • Element detection happens on your device
  • Size calculations are done locally
  • Visual overlays are generated in your browser
