  1. 畫圖：用紙、筆和白板畫流程圖、架構圖，補助溝通 …。
  2. 我們上班是來解決有 商業價值 的問題，而不是純 coding。
  3. 為什麼我們都要聽老闆？因為他最了解 市場 和 需求 。
  4. 工程師 (Engineer) 的通病，就是只關注 技術債 和 技術評估 等工程問題；乎略了 從使用者角度著想 和 溝通方法。
