Thanks for your sharing of azuremap. I have a few more question to ask:

1. from the geo-location file of "region_meta.json", it says that US West only has San Francisco as the city, however, from the map "azuremap.topojson", I can still see 2 other cities involved in US West (San Jose and LA), so which city I should assume for an azure instance in US West?
2. you mentioned that you use ip-city mapping database to construct the map, could you please point me which tool/database you use for that ip-city mapping? (if there's a link, that would be perfect.)
