The Performer

~ The Performer ~

I am in awe.
Of this violently beautiful Universe.
Its endless chaos.

I am surrounded by extraordinary beauty.
A flurry of emotions.
The teeming millions.

Living.
Breathing the same air.

Each last particle dancing,
Jiggling to the one rhythm,
Reverberating through the Cosmos.

What would I not give,
To live like this forever...

But, I too am a performer,
Jiggling to that Cosmic tune,
Who one day shall see his Act to the last.
