My only problem with this is if I need to have more than one of these fields the JS isn't working - any thoughts?

i got this issue now :D

btw i got it , it's saved as an array ,
and u got it in front end like this
$mydata = get_post_meta(get_the_ID(), 'customdata_group', true);
The " customdata_group" the Name of Row in DB where data saved ,
<?php echo $mydata[0]['TitleItem'];?>
and this is how u fetch the field in front end :)
