OG Previewer — Privacy Policy

Data Collection
OG Previewer does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or browsing activity. All meta tag data read from web pages is processed locally in your browser and is never sent to any external server.
License Verification
When you activate a license key, the extension sends that key to Gumroad's API (api.gumroad.com) to verify its validity. No other data is transmitted during this process. The license key and associated activation status are stored locally on your device using the browser's built-in storage.
Local Storage
The extension stores the following data locally on your device only:

License key and activation status
Theme preference (dark/light mode)
History of recently checked URLs (last 50)

This data never leaves your browser and can be cleared at any time by removing the extension.
Third-Party Services
The only external service the extension communicates with is Gumroad (gumroad.com) for license key verification. Gumroad's privacy policy can be found at https://gumroad.com/privacy.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL.
