Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
While we are investigating this from our end we wanted to point two things:
1. As far as we understand Debian Stretch is still in testing state and is not yet released.
2. As far as we understand the latest APT released version is 1.0.10, and that the 1.1.x versions are still experimental/unstable.
Did we misunderstand? Please feel free to elaborate/correct on your setup and issue.
