SimpleReader is a Chrome extension designed to improve webpage readability by adjusting layout and styling. It operates entirely within your browser and does not collect, store, or transmit any user data.

What data do we collect?

We do not collect or process any personal information.
We do not track your browsing activity.
We do not send any data to external servers.

Permissions

SimpleReader requests the activeTab, scripting, and host permissions only to apply visual styling to the page you explicitly choose. These are used strictly for the extension’s single purpose of making pages easier to read.

No remote code

All functionality is self-contained within the extension. No external scripts or resources are loaded.
