Problems. In our lives, so much information is captured and digitized, but speech often remains un-captured and underutilized. Transcription services do exist, but they often fail to distil speech into concise, useful information. They also fail to integrate themselves into the user's note-taking workflow.
There’s a plethora of people out there who sometimes struggle with spoken delivery:
- People who are neurodiverse might find it difficult to focus or follow what’s being said.
- ESL (English-as-a-second-language) students can find comprehension of speech difficult.
