Axes (v4)

##Explanation Shows D3 V4 linear, numeric and time scales and axes, with different settings and formats applied. Some scales (such as quantize and threshold) are not ideally shown as axes - they are better used as scales for colours - but they are included for completeness. Click Open for more.
