P2Pool Verthash Support

P2Pool needs to be extended to support Verthash, to allow pool mining Verthash. Currently implemented miner does support stratum, but there's no stratum compatible implementation for Verthash yet. The Vertcoin project would benefit from having p2pool available for Verthash at launch, otherwise we rely on (centralized) pools to implement stratum compatibility.
