Esse cara tem trabalhos incríveis publicado, é o criador do Typescript e contribuidor de umas ferramentinhas que a gente gosta, como CocoaPods, Jest, GraphQL, Svelte entre outras, também achei o site dele bem bacana com muito conteúdo bom, vale uma olhada.

Highlights

• Conheci o Shiki, um Syntax Highlighter com o tema do VS Code, bem bonitão
• E o docusaurus? se é loko! Apesar de ser focado para documentação, se liga no Showcase, varios sites lindões, na verdade ele é um Static Site Generator, na minha opinião. Também gostei muito do developer.redislabs.com, feito em cima do dino verde

• Quais os valores, parece bullshit, mais é importante saber pq vc trabalhar em um lugar?
• Eles investem na qualificação do profissional, tipo cursos e tals?
• Como é diversidade de gênero ai (mulheres, gays, lesbicas, transexuais)?
• Qual estrutura de um time ai? exemplo: time de front, time de back, time ux, gerencia ou celulas (squad by Spotify) onde temos um profissional de cada areá
• O time pode de tomar decisões relativas a negocio?
• Como funciona o compartilhamento de conhecimento ai?

Today I interviewed a promising candidate to a position in Netshoes's front-end team. I realized when you interview someone it's not so easy than you think. You need to ask the right questions, because if you ask the wrong question maybe you lost a great candidate.
