Download the following program https://github.com/VovoloGames/WorkshopDL/releases/download/v1.9.9/WorkshopDL.v1.9.9.zip
Create a new folder at C:\ called "WorkshopDownloader"
Copy everything from within the .zip file to C:\WorkshopDownloader
Run "WorkshopDL.exe" DO NOT open the "steamcmd.exe" located inside the steamcmd folder.
At the "Workshop Homepage" box within the app simply copy & paste, inside the box, the game's workshop homepage URL.
For example, here is teardowns workshop homepage https://steamcommunity.com/app/1167630/workshop/
At the "Workshop mod URL" box simply copy & paste, inside the box, the URL of the mod you want to download.
Click download. (Note: The first time it might take longer to download cause SteamCMD is downloading some necessary files. This will only happen on your very first launch.)
After the download is completed the folder containing the mod will open on a separate window.

Installation of Mods: How to Install Mods
The method for installing a mod will depend on what kind of mod it is. First navigate to the Teardown installation directory. (I can't remember what I set this to so I may need to help you over discord)
After downloading the desired mod, check the files included. If there is a folder named ‘Data’, copy that folder to the Teardown directory and overwrite. If a folder named ‘Vox’ appears, enter the Teardown directory, click on data, and then paste the mod folder titled ‘Vox’ there. These are the most common filing systems we found when downloading mods for Teardown.
Occasionally, download folders may only contain loose files. In such a case, note what type of mod it is and navigate to the game’s corresponding folder. If the mod author included a readme, be sure to check it carefully.
