Agent-driven setup for a self-hosted Fetch MCP behind Cloudflare Access, connected to ChatGPT

Give ChatGPT Pro a self-hosted Fetch tool

You are the implementation agent. Your job is to inspect the operator's environment, build and deploy a secure remote MCP server with one fetch_url tool, protect it with Cloudflare Access Managed OAuth, and connect it to ChatGPT at https://chatgpt.com.

The human should not have to translate this file into commands. Execute everything you can with repository tools, SSH, browser/computer use, Cloudflare APIs or CLIs, Docker, and local validation. Ask the human only for decisions, authentication, secrets, or dashboard actions you genuinely cannot perform.

Desired result
