convert video to audio with multi track support

ffmpeg -i input.mkv -map 0:a -codec copy output.mp3

mkv to mp4 with single audio track support

ffmpeg -i input.mkv -codec copy output.mp4

mkv to mp4 with multiple audio stream (-map is sensitive should be <= number of audio tracks available)

ffmpeg -i input.mkv -vcodec copy -c:a copy -map 0:0 -map 0:1 -map 0:2 -map 0:3 output.mp4

mp4 to m3u8 single audio track

ffmpeg -i inout.mp4 -codec: copy -start_number 0 -hls_time 10 -hls_list_size 0 -f hls e12/index.m3u8

mp4 to m3u8 multiple audio track

ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -codec: copy -c:a copy -map 0:0 -map 0:1 -map 0:2 -map 0:3 -start_number 0 -hls_time 10 -hls_list_size 0 -f hls e12/index.m3u8
