  1. Build an approachable, reliable, and reasonably-priced APM service for SREs and performance-orientated developers.
  2. Provide the most efficient path from transaction-based performance problems to:
    • the line-of-code where slowness occurs
    • the context that triggers it
  3. Repeat w/languages beyond Ruby.
