Aeropress Cold Brew

Coffee Concentrate

  1. Get your Aeropress, add wet filter paper in non-inverted config over a cup
  2. Add enough coffee for a triple
  3. Add the funnel to the top of the Aeropress
  4. Fill the Aeropress and funnel with ice
  5. Leave it on a bench and wait
  6. If you don't have the funnel, add more ice when about half of it has melted.

Should make enough concentrate for two cold brews, or one rocketship

To serve

  1. Fill two cups with ice
  2. Split the concentrate between them
  3. Top them up with half-and-half, or at least silver top
