1. Infrastructure Architecture of large-scale, enterprise-wide secure systems like SOA, Web Portals, J2EE, Web/Web2.0, EAI, SharePoint, Cloud and Client Server technologies.  (5 Years)
2. Deep Infrastructure Architecture expertise of Distributed Database Systems, Network Architecture, Server and Storage Virtualization and Cloud computing. (5 Years)
3. Application Infrastructure knowledge of Performance Management, Desktop and Telephony Systems. (3 Years)
 
Required Skills/Experience
- Knowledge of BCBSM/BCN technologies and/or business verticals is expected. 
- Extensive knowledge of the existing and planned software technology and played a prior lead role in software standards establishment and major platform changes
- Experience with Distributed Database Systems, Web Portals, SSO Identity and Access management, Network Architecture, Server and Storage Virtualization and Cloud computing, J2EE Middleware and ESB technologies, Performance Management, Desktop and Telephony Systems Modeling integration of applications and systems
- Ability to quickly adapt and gain knowledge of the company?s total computing, network and data environment including major roles, daily operations and organizational responsibilities
- Prior experience consulting on planning, migration and implementation issues for information technologies and related architectural concepts.
- Knowledgeable about matters surrounding integration and communication among applications, databases and technology platforms.
- Ability to express ideas and concepts in pictures, therefore a solid modeling background will be useful. 
- Understanding of emerging technologies
- Ability to be vendor/product-neutral and maintain an objective perspective business knowledge
